Patient Services Sidley Medical Practice December 2021
Sidley Medical Practice is required to take all appropriate measures to protect patients and staff for Infection Control Measures during the Pandemic. This has not changed. The pandemic alert level is again 4 which means ongoing health care restrictions to enable infection control measures.
We can only work during this exceptional time by recognising that patients will receive commencement of their consultation and assessment of need by telephone or electronic communication from our nursing, medical and administration teams.
Any care that is clinically required e.g. treatments, investigations or direct patient contact and examination has always then occurred in a planned and organised manner since April 2020.
NHS Sussex Commissioners and Sussex Local Medical Committees fully support our position and provision of care at this time and together we will change our provisions and access as the UK PHE Pandemic Level reduces and we continue our recovery.
For prescription requests and enquiries please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use the NHS App
We can be contacted for routine response non clinical needs at [ Please note any digital images submitted as part of an online consultation will be stored within your clinical notes ] email@example.com
