We are grateful to all registered patients for their continued support for Sidley Medical Practice. As your new caretaker provider we have enjoyed seeing many of you at the main surgery site in Turkey Road since we began providing care to the local community on 27 August.
Together with other outside Health Teams, we also hold clinics for Action for Change (Alcohol related problems), Health in Mind (Mental health problems), Substance Misuse (Drug related problems).
Community Matrons and District nurses also operate alongside the doctors’ .
