How to book an appointment
You can still ask for an appointment:

- By phone: Call us Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm on 01424 230025
If five or more people are waiting on the phone, you will be asked if you want us to call you back. You won’t lose your place in line.
If you can’t go online or call, you can visit Sidley surgery and talk to one of our team. Sidley surgery is open:
- Monday to Friday
- 8am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm

Seeing a doctor, nurse or other clinician in person
While Albert Road is closed, all appointments will be at Sidley surgery. All clinics have moved there too.

- By bus: About 25 minutes from Bexhill town centre
- By car: About 10 minutes from Bexhill town centre

Asking for your prescription
You can ask for your prescription:
- Online: visitwww.sidleymedicalpractice.nhs.uk/prescriptions/
- By letterbox: Drop it into the box at Albert Road surgery. We check it Monday to Friday.
If you want your prescription sent to a pharmacy, tell us the name and address of the pharmacy. You can’t collect prescriptions from Albert Road.
When will Albert Road surgery reopen?
The caretakers are currently running the practice. However, Sidley Medical Practice partners are arranging the building work. They think it will take two weeks from start to finish. This will be followed by a building check by the fire service.
Albert Road surgery will re-open as soon as all building works and checks are completed.
