Update – Albert Road branch surgery site

We are grateful to all registered patients for their continued support for Sidley Medical Practice. As your new caretaker provider we have enjoyed seeing many of you at the main surgery site in Turkey Road since we began providing care to the local community on 27 August.

Clinical Administration Team

The Clinical Administration Team ensure our patients are monitored annually for any chronic health conditions. Patients who have a long term health condition or a chronic disease are monitored at least once a year by our Healthcare Assistants and either a Nurse or GP.

The Clinical Administration Team can be contacted every day between 10:00am and 4:00pm.

Medical Secretaries

The Secretaries provide a full secretarial service to the surgery and deal with incoming correspondence as well as processing outgoing patient referrals to a wide variety of services.

Prescriptions Team

The Prescriptions team will process all repeat prescription requests and will answer any prescription related queries.

Care Navigators

Our care navigators (you might also know them as care navigators) provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query.

Care navigators make the most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries and dealing with patient records.
